Earn the Runebreaker Achievement At Necrom’s Runemasters Acropolis World Boss

You can earn the Runebreaker achievement by defeating Runemaster Xiomara at the Runemasters Acropolis from ESO's Necrom Chapter.

In Apocrypha, travel northwest from the Speiran Tarn Wayshrine to locate the Runemasters Acropolis.

Mechanics Notes

Runemaster Xiomara is a Dremora who uses his arcanist abilities to their max. In addition to launching runes and teleporting around the room, he also creates many poisonous aoes. Note the outside watery edges of the room will do damage if you venture off the platform. Runemaster Xiomara also summons Abyssal Trendils and a Shard of Chaos which will launch very painful green mortars at you! This is probably the most difficult world boss in this zone. Avoid the aoes when possible. Destroy the Shard of Chaos when it appears, then return your attention to the Runemaster.

The first time you defeat this world boss you will earn the Runebreaker achievement.
