Annual New Life Festival To Begin December 16
Celebrate New Life Thursday, December 16
The annual New Life Festival is making its return to Tamriel starting Thursday, December 16 at 10am EST and will continue until Tuesday, January 4 at 10am EST. This player-favorite event will bring unique rewards for those who spread cheer and bonus XP!
To participate in the festival you can find the New Life Festival quest from the in-game Crown Store. Use that quest to find New LIfe Herald Breda. She is located in the south of the city of Windhlem, Eastmarch. You may also use a portal to travel direct to her. This portal will be found at all the Impresario locations.

Breda’s Bottomless Mug Collectible For Extra XP
After you complete the introductory quest, you will unlock 10 daily quests. Nine quests can be retrieved from Breda, and one from Petronius Galenus. These quests will have you travel across Tamriel spread joy and cheer to the many inhabitants.
Upon completing the intro quest, you will also unlock Breda’s Bottomless Mead Mug collectible. Using this collectible will provide you with a two-hour 100% experience boost gain. There is no limitation to the number of times you can use this XP boost AND it will stack with other non-event XP bonuses like potions or scrolls.
New Life Festival Rewards
Each successfully completed New Life Festival daily quest will reward you with a New Life Festival Gift Box. These boxes will include fun celebratory items like these:
- New Life recipes
- Skinchanger Motif chapters
- New Life collectibles
- Sword-Swallower’s Blade memento
- Juggler’s Knives memento
- Fire-Breather’s Torches memento
- Mud Ball Pouch memento
- Nordic Bather’s Towel costume
- Colovian Filigreed Hood had
- Colovian Fur Hood hat
- Snowball Buddy pet
- Powderwhite Coney pet
- Nord Carved Armor style page, random
New Life Festival Charity Writs And Rewards
Every New Life Festival Gift Box you open, you will have a chance to also receive one of two types of Charity Writs – Deep Winter Charity Writs or Imperial Charity Writs. complete the Deep Winter Charity Writs to unlock pages from the Skaal Explorer outfit style. Complete the Imperial Charity Writs to unlock pages from the Rkindaleft Dwarven Weapon Style.
If you complete ANY 12 Charity Writs you will also unlock the “Newly Charitable’ Achievement and Crystalfrost skin.
Event Tickets, Event Tickets, and More Event Tickets
During the entire event period, the first time you complete any of the New Life Festival daily quests, you’ll receive THREE Event Tickets. This is in addition to your Gift Box and other rewards. This event provides an opportunity to earn 60 Event Tickets!
Throughout 2021, ESO players have had chances to earn Event Tickets that morph into a morpholith pet and then morph into other items like the Deadlands Sorcher skin, the Deadlands Firewlaker personality, the Dagonic Quasifgriff mount. This final event provides the opportunity to create the Doomchar Plateau house!
With this amazing event, ALL fragments will be available so if you missed out on something you really wanted, you have plenty of opportunities to catch up. ESO has warned us that this will be the first AND final opportunity to collect all the fragments for the Doomchar Plateau house.
Fragments And Fragmented Math For Massive Rewards
The Impresario will offer all THREE Unstable Morpholith pet fragments. These can be merged to create an Unstable Morpholith pet. While that is cool by itself, this pet can also morph into a house!
Throughout events in 2021, the Morpholith pet was morphed into a skin, a mount, a personality, and now it has the opportunity to be morphed into a house! Specifically, the pet can morph into the Doomchar Plateau house which is the Q4 event collectible.
If you want to create the house, you will need a total of 50 Event Tickets (5 house fragments which cost 10 Event Tickets each) and either the Morpholith pet or another 15 Event Tickets (3 pet fragments which cost 5 Event Tickets each) to create it.
Combining Fragments Into The Unstable Morpholith Pet
The THREE fragments that must be combined to create the Unstable Morpholith Pet are as follows:
- Deadlands Flint
- Rune-Etched Striker
- Smoldering Bloddgrass Tinder
Once you have all three, from your Collections – Fragments menu, just ‘Use’ one and it will morph into the Morpholith pet. The Impresario, thankfully, tracks which pieces you already have so you will not be able to purchase a fragment you already own. Once you have morphed the fragments into the pet, the Impressario will allow you to purchase additional pet fragments.
