This passive increases Physical and Spell Resistance by a % and healing done by a %.

ESO In-Game Icon Ability Companion Warden Dive

Swoop

Companion commands a cliff racer to dive bomb an enemy, dealing Magic Damage. If they are more than 7 meters away from the target, they set them Off Balance for several seconds.

ESO In-Game Icon Ability Companion Warden Swarm

Infest

Companion provokes a cloud of fetcher flies to swarm an enemy, dealing Magic Damage over several seconds. The fetcher flies rip through the enemy’s flesh, afflicting them with Minor Vulnerability for the duration, increasing their damage taken by 5%.

ESO In-Game Icon Ability Companion Warden Scorch

Char

Companion unearths a group of fiery shalk that attack dealing Magic Damage to enemies in front of them. After the shalk complete their attack, they burrow underground for seconds and resurface again, dealing Magic Damage to enemies in front of them.

Gore

Companion provokes a spectral kagouti to charge and toss the enemy for Physical Damage, stunning them for seconds. This ability deals 150% more damage to enemies below 25% Health.

Verdant Growth

ESO In-Game Icon Ability Companion Warden Fungal Growth

Fungal Forage

Companion musters a cluster of mushrooms, healing you and your allies for Health. Heals for 50% more on allies that are within 8 meters of Companion. Used when Companion or an ally is below 75% Health.

Petals of the Hunter

Companion calls on the essence of a carnivorous bloom, causing their Light Attacks to restore 1808 Health to themselves and 2 nearby allies for seconds.

Perennial Bloom

Companion summons a field of blooming flowers, healing you and nearby allies for Health every 2 seconds over seconds. Used when Companion or an ally is below 75% Health.

Winter’s Bite

ESO In-Game Icon Ability Companion Warden Frost Cloak

Sleetmail

Companion conjures ice armor for themselves and their grouped allies which grants Major Resolve, increasing Physical and Spell Resistance for seconds.

ESO In-Game Icon Ability Companion Warden Impaling Shards

Cold Snap

Companion encircles themselves with ice shards to skewer enemies in the area, immobilizing them for seconds and dealing Frost Damage every second for several seconds. Damage done is based on Companion’s Max Health.

ESO In-Game Icon Ability Companion Warden Artic Wind

Snow Squall

Companion envelops themselves in winter winds, instantly healing for Health and additional Health every second over several seconds. This ability scales off their Max Health. Used when Companion is below 75% Health.

  • earn +5 by visiting Vvardenfel
  • earn +1 by fishing 
  • earn +1 by catching a trophy fish 
  • earn +4 by visiting Leyawiin, Blackwood
  • earn +4 by visiting Hew’s Bane
  • earn +125 by completing Ashlander Hunt Daily
  • earn +1 by repairing gear
  • earn +5 by looting a heavy sack

Unfavorable Rapport Actions

  • lose -1 at an outfit station
  • lose -10 when you pay a bounty to a guard
  • lose -5 if you pickpocket a beggar
  • lose -5 by destroying an item in your inventory
  • lose if a gear breaks
  • lose if an enchantment runs out

How To Add Sharp-As-Night To Your Allies

To add Sharp-As-Night you must first complete the introductory quest.  Southwest of Necrom marked on the image above, you’ll find encounter Sharp-As-Night and he asks for your assistance with the quest called The Double Edge.

As with all companions, once you complete their introductory quest, he will join your list of allies.  

Please note that this same quest must be completed on all your characters in order to summon Sharp-As-Night as a companion.  

Sharp-As-Night’s Backstory

Sharp-As-Night is more than a mysterious mercenary with a forgotten past.  With your help, he’s learning what it means to look out for others.  Call this companion to your side when you ned to get the job done with a hardened survivalist watching your back.
