Sap an enemy’s agility, dealing Magic Damage over 20 seconds and reducing their Movement Speed by 30 % for 4 seconds.

Debilitate — Increases snare to 50 % and applies Minor Magickasteal to enemies hit.

Siphoning Strikes

Slot Effect: While slotted, all damage you deal heals you for 1250 Health once per second.

Leeching Strikes — Heals you for 1800 Health on damage and reduces ability costs by 15 % for 5 seconds after each proc.

Siphoning Attacks — Heals you for 1250 Health when dealing damage and restores 200 Magicka and 200 Stamina once each second while slotted.

Drain Power

Deal Magic Damage to nearby enemies and gain Major Brutality and Major Sorcery for 30 seconds, increasing Weapon and Spell Damage by 20 %.

Power Extraction — Converts to Stamina, deals Disease Damage, grants Minor Courage and applies Minor Cowardice to enemies hit.

Sap Essence — Heals you and nearby allies for Health based on damage caused, and grants Major Brutality and Major Sorcery for 30 seconds.

Soul Shred

Ravage nearby souls, dealing Magic Damage and stunning enemies for 4 seconds. Heals you and allies for Health equal to 50 % of damage done.

Allies can activate the Soul Leech synergy, dealing 3122 Magic Damage and healing for that amount.

Soul Tether — Ravage + stun, tether enemies for 8 s, draining 627 Health per second while they remain within 10 m.

Soul Siphon — Instead of damaging, heals you and allies for 3600 Health immediately and 9384 Health over 4 seconds. Grants Major Vitality for 4 seconds (+12 % healing received and shield strength).
