Quest – King of the Grotto
Quest Giver: Vila Theran (Inside dungeon)
You will meet Vila Theran inside Fungal Grotto I. She wishes to lead the Dark Elves to a shrine deep within the caves. However, a tribe of hostile Goblins occupies most of the area, pushing out a colony of dreugh. The two factions block access to the deeper parts of the cave.
Completing King of the Grotto
Defeat War Chief Ozozai and lead the Goblins while driving the dreugh out of the cave. Speak to Vila Theran to complete the quest and receive gold, a Skill Point, and Vila’s Recompense, part of the Spider Cultist Cowl set.

- Murkwater Butchers and Hunters – Melee attackers with basic cleave damage. Handle in groups.
- Dreugh – Heavy-hitting melee creatures with charge attacks.

Tazkad the Packmaster Leads a pack of Durzogs and archers. Focus on controlling adds and maintaining group positioning.
War Chief Ozozai Commands goblin defenders and uses heavy attacks. Prioritize her guards and maintain clear spacing.
Broodbirther Controls Dreugh and Clannfear. Interrupt her summons and keep enemies grouped for AoE control.
Clatterclaw A giant mudcrab that summons smaller adds. Manage the swarms quickly before they overwhelm the group.
Kra’gh the Dreugh King (Final Boss) The Dreugh King commands powerful lightning strikes and area attacks. Stay alert and keep moving to survive.
