Dubroze the Infestor – Elden Hollow II Boss

Overview

Dubroze the Infestor is encountered in Elden Hollow II . This Daedroth follows many of the same rules as the other Daedroths found throughout ESO. He has plenty of light attacks, a Flame Breath attack and a group of ranged Casters to deal with during the fight.

The tank should grab Dubroze, maintain taunt and turn him away from the group while keeping him as still as possible. There is no need to run around or constantly dodge roll. Hold him in position and allow the group to remain safely behind him while dealing with the additional enemies.

Mechanics

Casters – Dubroze spawns a set of ranged adds during the fight. The tank should chain these enemies into the boss and stack them together so the group's AOE damage can deal with them. Their ranged casts can become overwhelming if left alone, so interrupts will be required. Bring them onto Dubroze as soon as possible and deal with them together.

Flame Breath – Every so often Dubroze will breathe fire in the direction of a chosen player, usually the tank. DPS and healers caught in front of the boss should step out of the attack as soon as possible. The tank can simply block it.

Flame Breath deals high damage and also applies a stun, so be careful if you are caught by it. If you are stunned, break free quickly and return to position.

Tips & Strategy

• Tank: Taunt Dubroze, face him away and pull the Casters in.
• DPS: Stay behind the boss and kill the Casters with AOE damage.
• Healer: Stay behind Dubroze and avoid his Flame Breath.
• Everyone: Interrupt the Casters and break free quickly if stunned.
