Quest – The Fires of Battle
Quest Giver: Fingaenion (Inside dungeon or at entrance)
The story continues from Razor’s Edge: Fingaenion ventures into the Deadlands to rescue his wife, Gilraen, and halt Mehrunes Dagon’s forces from consuming the Grove entirely.
Completing The Fires of Battle
You must defeat Rukhan, Urata the Legion, Horvantud the Fire Maw, Ash Titan, Xivilai Fulminator & Boltaic, and finally Valkyn Skoria. After the final fight, speak with Fingaenion to complete the quest and receive gold, a Skill Point, and a reward item from the Burning Spellweave set.

- Flame Colossi – Heavy melee with sweeping cleaves; always face away from group.
- Daedric Titans – Broad cone flame breath and tail sweeps.
- Dremora Pyromancers – Fireball casts, flame walls; interrupt when possible.
