The Arcanist brings a unique approach to healing. Rather than relying on the classic single-target spam or traditional AoEs from other classes, the Arcanist mixes familiar tools with brand-new mechanics.

Ground-based healing from both Healing Springs and Reconstructive Domain creates massive, consistent ticks of healing. These also layer weapon/spell damage buffs, resources, recovery, and shields — all at the same time!

And just for using Arcanist abilities, your entire group receives Minor Evasion. No effort, no extra skills — simply play the class and your group benefits immediately. Every class brings something unique; the Arcanist brings effortless protection.

Why This Build Works

While this build is incredibly simple to play, it is absolutely designed to be viable. The healing output is so aggressive that unless a player is outright one-shot, they will survive.

The star of the show is Curative Surge — affectionately known as the Bible Beam. This 22m long, 4m wide targeted channel heals everyone it touches every 0.3 seconds. You can aim it freely while moving, making it one of the strongest reactive heals in the entire game.

End-ticks can reach as high as 38.6k per pulse just with it's OWN buffs. Nothing else in ESO can heal an entire line-of-sight group three times a second at that magnitude. While traditional skills like Breath of Life or Combat Prayer can hit high numbers, nothing matches the sheer POWER of this beam.

Risk vs Reward

Of course, balance matters. While channeling, you aren’t casting anything else — so make sure your HoTs are already running, and aim carefully. If you miss, they don’t get healed. Luckily, you can cancel at any time with block.
